How to use :

Firstly, u have to download window blinds.

Install it.

right click on your desktop......

choose properties....

choose windows classic at the theme tab.......

this step can be ignored in most cases.....

when you open window blinds, you will see :


choose the theme that you like,then click apply skin.

all done. Easy to use and nice effects .
